Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov Opens III International Caspian Digital Forum in Dagestan
Dagestan, October 30, 2025 – Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov extended his greetings to the organizers and participants of the III International Caspian Digital Forum, currently taking place in Dagestan. In his address, Lavrov highlighted the forum’s growing significance as a platform for professional discussions on digital cooperation among Caspian states.
The minister emphasized the importance of exploring digitalization in logistics within the framework of the North-South international transport corridor, noting its potential to enhance the Caspian region’s role as a key transport, energy, and cultural hub in Eurasia.
